Community Rehabilitation Programs

Ohio's Vocational Rehabilitation Program purchases two classes of services, Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Auxiliary (AUX).  VR services are geared towards job placement activities and require providers to be accredited or certified as defined in OAC 3304-1-12.  AUX services may include transportation, interpreting, occupational skills trainng, rehabilitation technology, etc.  AUX services do not require accreditation or certification.

Providers who wish to offer VR or a combination of VR and AUX services are required to submit a provider application and W-9.  Providers offering AUX services are only  required to submit a W-9.

VR has established rates for a majority of services, please reference the 2013 Fee Schedule link in the side bar for service descriptions and rates.
